My Background

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over ten years of clinical nutrition counseling experience. With a Master's degree in Nutritional Science and certified as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I specialize in digestive wellness, performance nutrition, and eating disorders. With comprehensive counseling sessions, I work with my clients to develop a personalized health and nutrition plan designed to help them reach their goals. I use evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy with an intuitive approach to provide guidance and empower my clients to discover their intuitive eater.

My Health Philosophy

I believe in taking a holistic, personalized approach to people's health. Health is a positive vitality, not just the absence of disease. It is also about understanding the complexity of an individual, including everything from lifestyle, history, lab work and physiology, to factors like genetics and biomarkers. As a dietitian in Integrative and Functional Medicine, I believe in the power of food as medicine. Food has the power to positively effect how we feel, how much energy we have, and our health.

My Approach: Intuitive Eating

I believe that a healthy relationship with food and our body is fundamental to our mental and physical health. I work with each client to ensure they are equipped with intuitive and mindful eating skills. Learn more about the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating that I incorporate in my counseling sessions.
